While the cottage is fully equipped with modern technology, our goal has always been to preserve the timeless character that makes this home so special.

We’ve lovingly restored original details like the hardware, fixtures, and hardwood floors, and decorated the space with photographs taken on Balboa Island during the 1940s—offering a true glimpse into its storied history.
